Rubber Pad for Deck Pedestals
Designed to be placed under adjustable terrace pedestals on hard surfaces such as concrete or paving slabs to provide sound insulation, prevent friction noise, and compensate for vibrations. It is also suitable for use on rooftop terraces, helping to protect the roofing membrane from damage caused by the pressure of the pedestal and structure.
The rubber pad can also be used as a compensating layer to slightly raise the pedestal from the base and to level minor surface irregularities on concrete foundations, floors, paving slabs, porcelain tiles, or bitumen roof membranes.
If the flat roof membrane is heat-welded (bitumen), it is recommended to use a rubber pad under the pedestal. The rubber pad not only distributes and reduces pressure on the roofing membrane but also helps absorb vibrations during terrace use.
